Promoting Voting Rights: Liberty and Justice For All advocates for the expansion and protection of voting rights for all citizens of South Dakota. This includes opposing any laws or practices restricting access to voting, such as voter ID requirements, targeted redistricting or block splitting and an Article V Convention.

Liberty and Justice For All supports efforts to ensure fair and equal representation in all levels of government and therefore supports:

• a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United v. FEC, 
• open primaries,
• ranked choice voting,
• active prevention of disenfranchisement,
• restoration of felon voting rights, and
• limiting corporate influence on our elections
