We are in the midst of an intersectional fight for civil liberties because the same lawmakers who are banning abortion are also banning lifesaving care for trans people, banning books, and want to silence your voice by limiting voting rights.

However, police and other government officials are allowed to place certain narrow restrictions on the exercise of speech rights.

Make sure you’re prepared by brushing up on your rights before heading out into the streets.
